Payment / You will receive an invoice for preliminary settlement, which is payable at sight.
Change of booking / All bookings are binding and can only be changed to a different date for a significant reason. Please inform us at least four days in advance.
Vouchers / All vouchers are valid for one year and will be submitted by mail.
Hereby, I make a binding reservation for the respective wine event for myself and all listed participants. With this booking, myself and my co-participants accept all travel and business conditions of the Südtiroler Weinstrasse organiser.
Invoice Terms
The invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt and no later than one week before the event.
In case of cancellation by the participant up to one week before the event, 50% of the amount will be refunded. From three days before the event, no refund is possible.
If the event is canceled by us as organizers for organizational or unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund.
I agree to the collection of my data and the data of my fellow travellers for billing purposes.
